Certified Professional Bookkeeper, SRJ Bookkeeping, 2011 – Present

Work with clients to help them solve their bookkeeping challenges. Current experience includes onsite work with a large medical practice and an international exporter of golf accessories. Knowledgeable in QuickBooks, Sage products, and enterprise level general ledger platforms. When he is not helping clients with their books, he maintains company web sites and technology infrastructure.

Owner SRJ Consulting (SRJ Telecom LLC), 2001- Present

From 2001 to 2004 provided consulting services to major communications companies, Internet Service Providers, Application Service Providers, and IT integration firms. Projects included helping CenturyTel (now Century Link) develop new Internet based sales channels, integrating consolidations among Internet Service Providers, and developing business models for startup ventures.  From 2004 to 2008 owned and operated an Alternative Board “TAB” franchise as a certified facilitator and coach.  Worked with small business owner’s to develop sound business plans and help gather peer advice to aid in execution. In Addition, I managed a portfolio of consulting clients specializing in QuickBooks support and financial system management. From 2008 on I was a founder for a start up venture, View Control Inc., where I oversaw their initial financing in addition to setting up and maintaining the corporate books and records.

Vice President Internet Services, Inforum Communications, 1998-2001.

Constructed plan for consolidation and integration of billing systems, customer service delivery, and marketing platforms for 10 acquired Internet Service Providers.  Responsible for mapping corporate strategy designed to provide expanded Internet services for local service providers. Oversaw all operations including management of 7 general managers, 4 technology directors, and 125 field technicians.

Fidelity Investments, 1986-1998.

Senior Vice President (Western Regional Manager) – Management responsibility for Western U.S. operations including 19 investor centers with over 200 employees.  Exceeded sales goals by generating over $15 billion in new assets into Fidelity mutual funds.  Reversed a negative trend in customer penetration among targeted households by executing on a comprehensive sales and marketing plan.  Increased customer satisfaction ratings 19% over a two-year period by implementing process redesign, employee training, and sophisticated measuring systems.  Served as liaison to a senior technology committee to develop Internet platforms in retail offices.  Served as a Board Member and assisted in the launch of Fidelity Management Trust Company of California.
